At the 2010 Bauma, the new ultra class mining truck T 282 C will be shown in Munich from April 19-25 for the first time in public. The assembly of the exhibit, which had been shipped from Newport News, VA (USA) started as early as mid-January. With an empty vehicle weight (EVW) of 236 metric tons (266 tons), the T 282 C can carry a payload of up to 363 metric tons (400 ton).
