The LB 28 is equipped with a 280 kNm Kelly drilling drive, type BA 280. A secant pile wall was installed with piles of 900 mm diameter and 17 m length. The LB 28 installed 200 piles in a construction time of 15 weeks. The production time for one pile was only 1 hour and 30 minutes. The average daily production was 75 m and the maximum production was 90 m.
